I have friend of mine nga ni apply dre sa Qualfon . One day process rman dre so pag kagabii nabaw,an nga nadawat cya. So mao nato, contract signing and process dayon sa mga requirements. And then gasogod na cla og training . Almost 2 weeks nato siya naa sa training and then ato na time kalit lang ni ingon nga naa pa daw assessment , mo tawag daw nla ang supervisor and then i rate cla.. And then, after shift ge inform man na cya nga hagbong cya sa assessment. Sa ila nga batch mga 9 daw kabook ang hagbong . Onsang istoryaha pod nga imbis maka dawat ka og swldo para atong 2 weeks nga imong ge render for training ,wala man noon kay madawat bisan PESO. Naa daw cla rule nga once mataktak or mo hawa ka kay naa kay byran P10,000. E deduct lang daw ang swldo for two weeks sa 10K ahahah.. Wa man gne cla nga inform daan nga ingon ana d.i

mao na basaha maau ang contract, naa na sa signing of contract tanan, g explain na tanan2 about anang 10k etc. kanang assessment2 imu g ingon bai kay na timingan cguro na siya, kay naa man toy time nga tanan agents, tanan supervisors etc. hasta new hires gpa take ana, ang hagbong immediate termination, dli lang mga new hires, hasta mga karaan na tang2 pud

I think communications skills na sya nga training kay sa comms skills wala silay's bond sa akong case saona year 2011...first job nako ever...one week mi comms skills walay sweldo after that one week assessment ok na proceed sa account specs..for a month after one month training sa account specs naa assessment then grade sad sa imong trainor nimo...more or less bsta nag binuotan lng ka then di pud kaau angatch then good to go na ka...was with qual for a yr and 5months..wa lng ayo mga leads diha...
