I don't understand why people, especially the church would want to ban contraceptives. Escpecially with the rise of the population and risk for AIDS.

And don't tell me we just have to tell people to restrain from doing it until they are responsible enough (because that would work).

And why trust the priests regarding the topic if they haven't even tried it once?Its like believing in a guy, who says that he's really good with cars but has not even tried driving one.

And for the people who says that contraception is wrong and immoral, what can you say about whats happening in Africa?Where RAPE and AIDS is really rampant. You just can't "pray" for the problem to go away and fix itself.
