2GB version would be fine for 1080p resolution, GTX 960 is targetted for 1080p gaming so the 2GB version would be just fine, spending an extra bucks +2k PHP to get the 4GB isn't worth it because "most" games on 1080p "not all" wouldn't consume beyond 2GB VRAM unless you're gaming in 1440p or 4k, but that really depends on the gaming titles, there are games even if u run on 1080p, it would consume 2GB VRAM more, if mag gasto man gani ka just to get the +GB, better save the extra bucks to get the GTX 970 (duol2 ra sa price).
I'd rather spend an extra bucks to get the GTX 970 w/c a few $$$ more than spending an extra bucks just to get the 960 4GB..

Ah oki 15k naman ang 970... 11500 ang 4gb so mag 2gb nlang ko @ 9800 save 2k nlang add nlang nko sa uban parts...
Ask pod diay ko na check nko 1 ra hdmi ani mga vcards unsaon pag dual hdmi? Naa ba adaptors for display port to hdmi?
hdmi and vga raman ako displays di ko ganahan mo gamit vga kay bati ug output...

Kung naa kay dako nga phobia sa imo electricity bill then go 960. If you care more on performance, R9-380.
