For cases like this man gud, unless sa Jollibee kay ming kaon daun nagkalibanga or sa neighbourhood bar-b-q-han daun nag ka amoebiasis ka, no one is to blame other than the one eating. This boils down to you being a responsible parent and educating your kid not to eat at juz any places, make sure its clean and safe, also as a responsible adult using their common sense.
