Canon 1200d or Nikon 3100?


Planing to buy one and add nku sa ako hobby. Newbie pajud kaau ko. but willing to learn

Para nako mas dali gamiton ang nikon, pero pag upgrade nako nag canon ko kay mas ganahan ko sa color rendering. ang lens pud nga akong ganahan naa sa canon.

Nikon, in terms of entry level DSLRs, has the advantage over the Canon.

Kana lang sa mid-range SLRs & professional SLRs, both can be debatable.

I've been on both sides, Nikon and Canon (5 years on Nikon and just recently shifted to Canon), it will all depend sa imo preference. In my opinion, for entry level DSLR's, Nikon has the slight advantage because of the features na gi-incorporate sa ilang entry levels like the D3300, D5200 etc. Pero for semi-pro to pro level bodies, I'll go with canon because of the skin tones and the color rendition especially on people, which I mostly shoot at. Nikon for me has too vivid colors (good for outdoor, nature, landscape shoots, and fashion shoots) which takes more time to correct on post production unlike my canon which I don't do much post work anymore because of the skin tones which are ideal for my taste.

But it all depends on you though. I would suggest na mu-invest nalang on a good lens.
