    anyway, sa ako nga side, i am happy with my work if maghisgot lang ta ug financial capability to do things and buy things what i want and what i needed, pero on a side note, dili ko happy kay its killing me softly due to stress and fatigue due to lack of sleep during operations, pero wa koy mahimo but to make the most of my vacation to R & R ( rest and relaxation ), up to us nalang kung magtigum ta and mu retire earlier para ma enjoy sad nato ang pinas...

    Mao lage. But, if the stipulations are in contrary with the law, like kadtong bawal muresign, duha2 ko kung allowed ba nah. Kai naa baya tay art.285. And, ang non-compete clause grabeh di pwede ma'employee, after resigning, sa company nga pareha og line sa ila work as if gitrain ko nila.. Huhai.. Then involuntary servitude is illegal, and to think dili ko considered as regular "daw" bisan nature sa akong trabaho is general work needed sa company and 1yr plus service. Nakabasa ko ani daghang kaso2 for contractual and regular kutob ra lage pud basa hihi.. pero di man lage ko suheto so di ko makasukol unless muduol kog nagpraktis sa labor law waaaa sakit dughan.

    pinaka dali is to go to DOLE, ngayo ka advice didto kung unsa man gani, then basaha ang imo contract usab kung unsa jud tarong nga way pag settle ani imo problem, naa man jud na nakabutang... if wala pde nimo dad.on imo contract sa DOLE, or naa ba kay kaila nga abogado/abogada for reference...
    diri mu kick-in nga nindot jud kung naa kay attorney na daan...

Kay lisud man gud sila kalabanon kay di ka undangan... huhu.. and ahong nabasahan, wala jud silay gibutang unsay paagi makaresign, usually 30 days notice ra man jud nah. Unless mubayad ko 30k, mao ila sabot nako. Adto lang lage kog DOLE ani para advice.

    yep ang standard notice jud kay 30 days or more, pero naa gani uban companies nga 5-30 days pde pa, ang nag request nimo nga mubayad ug 30k unsa mana? ang HR? something is amiss jud, better consult sa DOLE...
    pero kung ang sulti sad sa DOLE kay bayad jud ka ug 30k kay disruption or breaching of a contract kay naka sign man jud ka ug agreement, better yet go back sa ako advice to loan for money nalang, stop working there if you're not happy anymore, it affects everything to your day to day routines and socialization...

    Basta Fixed contract ana gyud na, ang kompaniya sad dili ka basta2x ug tangtang nimo. ang kabati kay dili ka kademan ug saka sa imong salary.

    Kanang non-compete agreement ayaw kahadlok ana kay wa pa ko kadungog nay napriso ana. paghadlok ra na kutob.

    Pila pa diay edad nimo?

    Mao lage sir fixed-term, dili jud bitaw ka'demand.
