I'm from Philippines sorry for my english....

Last Monday...i'm playing dota 2 when my monitor suddenly turned off...i check and reconnected my monitor cable hoping that my cable is just loose..and then the screen started to be okay but the icons larger than the way it should be...when i searched it on google, the symptoms are about the Graphics Card and they say it is Overheating...when i opened my pc and check it i did not notice anything strange..but it is hot...when i plug the power cable i saw that my graphics card's cooling fan isn't working...i tried to open my Gcard and clean all the dust...disconnect and reconnect the Graphics Card fan's cable then i'll try to open it again but still it is not working...

If the icons are large then it is not loading your driver. Possible hardware level damage.

the heat already indicted damages to the GPU chip. If you are familiar with some shops nearby your location that offers gpu repair, give it a shot..

Next time, keep in mind that you need to check your hardware cooling time to time. Heat is a very bad thing for hardwares.

Time to buy a new card.

HW failure actually works in your benefit. It gives you a valid reason to upgrade.

Impulsive buying is THE enemy. Teehee!!

Suggestion try another video card to see if the problem is solved. Try readjusting the settings. Turn off the pc and turn it on again. Observe very closely if the graphic card is working or not. Make sure that the fan is not stucked.
