Make sure the details are correct.
Is this an old card? If so, make sure that wala pa ni ma register sa lain paypal account.
Check if you're using the correct bank code (importante ni)

Bag-o pa na na-issue imong EON card?

If yes, you actually need 1 week (or more) for it to be activated for use sa PayPal.
....mao ni ang gisulti sa UBP Mandaue sa akoa last year.

Naa nay sud imong eon account? if wala mas maayo sudlan nimo da-an atleast 101PHP. Kay na usab naman na ang process sa paypal ron gud. ig pa verify nimo you need to add a card, then automatic nana cya mo charge sa card to see if it's working. IF WALAY SULOD, OFCOURSE DLI CLA KA CHARGE.

Another possible issue is wala na enable ang online credits or transactions sa imong card, you have to go to UNIONBANK opening branch para ma enable na nimo. You usually just have to fill up a form para ma enable.

Other possible cause, wrong banking details. Possible sakto pagkasuwat nimo, pero sayop pagka type sa Banking System. MAO POD NI MOSTLY rason kanang dli ma verify kay dli mag match ang details sa PAYPAL nga ge input nimo ug BANK nga ge encode sa bank teller.

Hi PpBtrollN,

If you are receiving a message advising you that your card can't be linked to anymore PayPal accounts, it would mean that your card has been registered to two or three different accounts in the lifetime of the card.

There is a security feature on the PayPal system that will disable a card for entry on to the system once it is attempted to be registered to a third PayPal account.

This can't be reset and you won't be able to use this particular card on the PayPal website again. Your best option would be to try having a new card issued by your bank or try using a different card on your PayPal account.

Check with all of your family members to ensure they have not used this card on an account in the past.

Alternatively, if you call us we can verify some information and tell you exactly where it has been added.
