If my memory still serves me right, I filed it last 2006 got the court decision on Y2009 so almost 3 years jud considering nga wala pa ganeh ne contest ako partner. If mo contest gani imo kapikas the longer the case will run.

It won't be necessary nga mo appear ka or ur partner kada hearing sa final hearing raman ko ne appear, pwd raman sab nga igdeliver sa summon representative ra ang modawat.

Bottomline, depende jud na sa lihok sa imo lawyer.

but when she applied singleness from NSO and she got CENOMAR , that was the time na I believed her.

Sorry bro, but I lost contact with my friend after she relocated to another country.
If you are based in Cebu , I don't think her lawyer will take your case coz AFAIK she (lawyer) will only cater Mindanao based clients.

Not only the lawyer or the legal aspects count but the psychological angle of a failed marriage is also important
That's also why there's what you call an EXPERT WITNESS---a registered Psychologist to give his/her assessment or the where, when, what and why's of a failed marriage and it's more healthier and practical just to end it

depende jud nah kung unsa kabusy ang family court. another thing pud sa makapadugay kay ang paglocate sa address sa pikas party. if di na mahibaw-an ang whereabouts sa other party kay i-publish nah siya sa newspaper of general circulation. one more reason pud nganong madugay kay inig set sa next hearing kay di available ang mga lawyers and judge. mao nga maatras jud ug maayo. mind you, di lang kay annulment ra ang gi-entertain nga case diha sa family court. mohandle pud tawn nah ang judge ug uban cases. don't blame it sa lawyers. naa baya nah period for them to response sa mga summons para di madefault. yup 100k kay good deal na jud nah. not to mention ang acceptance fee, appearance fee, attorney's fee, psychologist's fee ug ang filing fee.
