Nothing you can do. Pay the ransom or restore from backup. If the computer is on a network then disconnect it.

na-igo akong pc ani karon lang gyud. akong portfolio files na-among. d*mnnnn! pwede ra ma-reformat ang pc but ang files ky lisod kaayo i-decrypt.

Infected files dli na maulian after nimu mag format. Restore from Backup if naa.

all files are encrypted, you either give them money (which is a very shady deal) to give you a decryption key or deal with having to start from scratch.

Tips: don't pay the ransom. Reformat your hard disk and restore from the clean backup and install a good anti-virus.

Avast didn't protect me at all against this ransomware.
