That's not right, your Serial Key is not lock on your account which is a (Microsoft account), a free upgrade to Windows 10 will not work on a clean installation because you need to use a Windows 10 product key for you to be able to install it via clean installation. The Windows 10 free upgrade would only work if you're running a legitimate Windows 7 SP1/Windows 8.1 - that's the process you can avail the free upgrade through an "Upgrade" path, not through a "Clean" installation.

Naay mag error kasagaran sa services sa event viewer niya, usahay delay.. ambot lang basin bago pa gyud ni siya.. kay smooth man sa windows 8.1 nako sauna...para nako di pa kaayo siya stable... mayta ma fix ang issue sa flashing screen usahay... balik nalang usa ko sa 8.1...

i think you can now do a clean install bro... mao man to akong na basahan, after following the "upgrade" path, pwede na kuno mag clean install...

piskut nag restore to factory pa ko sa akong laptop kay OEM keys did not work kay nag clean install ko dayon which is sayup...

i'll know later tonight ani mayta naa na koy ready to upgrade notice sa akong laptop...

by the way, pwede ma forced upgrade? without waiting sa notification? nakapa reserve naman ko ato a few weeks back...
