Hey guys. Pahelp be. Anyone working in SM Department Store and Prifoods Corporation? I have a job offers from both and I am really confused what to choose. Prifoods actually give me much greater salary but SM actually do offer better benefits. Anyone please?

1. Kung pangwurta ra jud imu tuyo...adtu ka sa dako ug sweldo.bhalag stressful.
2. Pero kung pang-longterm stable job imu gipangita then adtu ka sa mas dako nga companya kay dile dugay ang promotion.
3. Then kung asa ka malipay sa imong trabaho di bale na medyo ubos ang sweldo, adtu ka.

Actually duol ra ko sa canduman jud so it will me take me less than 30 minutes maabot sa Prifood. The surprising thing is that I think mas stressful akong work sa SM based sa katong pag-interview nako and all other people nga nakatry work in SM mostly internet reviews although I can't really prove kay wa man ko kasuway. I'm in accounting department diay so murag innate cya nga stressful though I want to choose kanang less stressful. Haha. Downside lang is mas dako jud nga company ang SM and mas established and daghan ang benefits compared sa Prifood.

I am also quite gaduha2 sa SM because of holidays nga kailangan moduty. Waahh. Gusto ko ug work life balance and I guess di nako cya makuha if mowork ko sa SM. Cguro galibog ko because lage sa mga benefits and stability sa SM nga di malalis.

Pero i think adto nlang sa Prifood TS, sagde ng benefits oi dli na nmu ma feel if stress ayo ka sa work, mo bati pa imong nawng, mo bati pa imong batasan basta stress haha..
