There are just too many things to implement and fix. Priorities are different on each area (eg. drugs, poverty, electricity, corruption, rebels, etc.). Things are taking too long to start due to showbiz, commissions, etc. in politics (eg. Binay Makati/campaign issue is just an utterly complete waste of time, saliva & tax money, who cares about him, we've got Cebu to fix first).

It would be great if everyone can cooperate with me BUT we know that will not happen. So instead, like in programming, games & other endeavours, I will apply a Divide & Conquer strategy ==> Federal Government. You not liking me does not affect me or other neighbouring provinces, you are quarantined (ie. your problem, your income, your solution, it's yours to claim or yours to blame). One major advantage is that problems are isolated, thus they can be fixed simultaneously (ie. no need for me to approve or the usual arguments for the sake of politics). The major goal is isolation (ie. fix each own mess).

Anyway, it is funny why we've got a centralized form of government when the Philippine archipelago already hints us as being separated and therefore a federal government seem to have been the feasible option.

One man alone cannot save the Philippines. I just can imagine why Martial Law was declared.

1) Gather all stupid/m0ron/melodramatic filipinos put them in a ship in manila bay and use them as target practice by philippine navy (that should atleast solve another problem the dwindling fish population of the manila bay)

2) Remove the rights of those who dont pay taxes. Church included.
