RHB is stupid bill.

1. We already distributing contraceptives at one point P8B in 2008.
2. Theres no more population control measure in the bill, original drafts of RHB had 1-2 child policy. we are leaving family to decide the numbers of their children even with contraceptives uses.
3. Ang budget of RHB goes to congressmen we all know how clean they are. tana they remit it to DoH but again naa na budget ang contraceptives.
4. Law like Magna carta of women already answer the concerned of women, naa pa gani distribution of contraceptives ana.
5. Gi resist na ng mga religious group cause pwede sila mapriso out of their religious conviction.
6. We are not a welfare state why tax money goes to personal practices, na questionable ang result cause no population control measure.
