actually dili gyud magpareha ang offer sa employees diri.. it depends on the account,position and of course salary grade level. but dili ra man sad kamahayan bisan dili kaayo dako ang sweldo sa entry level,kay ngano,

first, dako pa kaayo ang chance for career growth kai most of the accounts diri bag.o pa lang. amoang account wave 3 pa gani so dako2x pa jud ang chance for promotion. wait lang gyud ka mga minimum of 6 months or 1 yr ma eligible na ka for IJP.
second, dili stressful ang work environment, lax ra gyud ang management, and achievable ra kaayo ang stats. unlike sa other company nga murag dili ipahatag ang incentives.
and third, im not sure if this is applicable sa other accounts but sa among account, family-like ang environment, no politics at all. jam tanan asta mga TL.

I've been working here for 1yr and 3mos and so far i'm still happy.
