    ITS A CAPTIVE Site, not a BPO, so all job salary is in GRADE which means, in each position mo differ jud mo ug salary per co worker, and mo apas sila sa basic nimo sa prev. comapny

    im with CVG for 6 -7 yrs and I can say lahi ra jud diay ang captive compare to BPO, yes CVG is well known, but UHG is a fortune 14 company (google nlng ninyo unsa ni)

    lahi2 ug department and i can say in each department wala jud stress in terms of SATS,

    take it from my account, akong METRIC is only QA, AHT and Absenteesim rate... puro controllable metrics tanan

    if ari ka sa BPO, naay SALES, NAAY CSAT, NAAY QA NAA PROD. sus ka daghan.. pero my opinion is my opinion how niec to work in a captive company...

    every employee has really bad something to say to their past/current employeer, taw ra gud ta tanan reklamador bya ta.. pero for me, with 8 yrs call center exp. Being in CAPTIVE UHG dept. is the best ive been into in terms of PAY, BENEFITS and METRIC perting sauna

    bro Rkwe8624 thanks for your insight working in captive sites vs BPO. May i ask... unsa imu position sa UHG bro? what's the advantage in your case - tenure sa cvg, during your hiring process for a medical(?) company? thanks!

    same insight, agent rako sa UHG pero lahi ra jud ang stress level compared sa Convergys or BPO companies, Metrics wise kay dili xa grbe, no CSAT and Selling. differ lang sa account bro, kay naa uban ang metrics Quality ra, naay uban AR ug AHT ra.. pero again totally different from BPO since BPO industry is profit wise (more calls more money) captives sites are different, since ilaha ra mga employees ang manawag, or usahay manawag ra mi sa customer to check on their request pero dili mi mo baligya or like, murag ga survey lang or inform sa ila benefits, ang uban ga process rag claims.. so stress free jud for me, of course maka dunggog kag negative feedback (dili nana mawala sa pinoy ang feedback) pero try out a captive and BPO company bai, lahi ra jud xa
