update: not good lately... gamay ra kaayo ang exercise and ang ka.on... ambot nalng.. huhuhu.. hopefully akong ka kuntra sa biggest loser kay mo ka.on ug mas daghan.. sure man ko di kaayo toh tig exercise..![]()
I am starting with diet today and slowly get back to burning rubbah on da road....... will start picture blogging via instagram!

yey! naka hangyo pa gud ko ug lose 1lb... hahaha! after all the kaon and less exercise
just had oats and fried fish..... nagbalon na lang kog more oats and crackers and peanuts for work.... wa pay time sa exercise kay naay bisita sa haus...... will focus on diet first
tested out next week's meal plan
breakfast--- tuna in water with rice (not shown in pic)
lunch--- bibimbap
snacks--- chicken breast (microwaved lang/steamed, na tabunan sa lettuce)
dinner--- samgyupsal
optional glass of milk at night if ever gutmon ko
so far so good.. medjo bitin gamay pero I think i'll make it through the day
