Tried to check HDD health using Hard disk sentinel. .If HDD is okay, then reinstall Windows.

try kung mada pag system restore, kung dili na gani, reformat deritso or backupi daan imong files

guba imong boot files...usually caused by improper shutdown...boot from repair disk or usb windows installer...repair boot files, fix mbr, rebuild bcd..
