what will happen to a 95w tdp cpu if paired with a 75w tdp cooler?

My corsair h40 liquid cooler has some noise problems. i think its coming
from the pump. really loud noise upon startup. The loud noise lasts around
15seconds. Im planning to remove my liquid cooler and i dont have money
yet to buy a new cooler. I have a spare stock cooler and thermaltake slim
x3. Ok lang ba ning thermaltake slim x3? nakabutang man nga 75w tdp
cya nya core i5 2500 man ako gamit at 95w tdp. im not overclocking though.

ok raba ni cya? di raba mag overheat ako cpu ani? usage internet and heavy games.

if cpu is almost be in idle = ok, if cpu is not in idle at most, then not ok

but I believe that cooler is much more efficient compared to stock cooler.
correct me if I am wrong.

that's better than an intel stock cooler, no problems with the temp if you're not overclocking it.

ang akong antec kuhler it comes with application with fan speed control lakoy idea sa corsair bai ky d naman ni kinahanglan e set sa bios ang akng fan speed control

pero naay time na makalimot ko na naka set to extreme mode inig boot nako mo throttle nasab hahahahaha

ako, saba-an ko's PWM fans aning Antec Khuler H20 920 nko pud... mag lagot ko kay samok paminawon inig change sa fan speed according to the CPU temp... akoa pa bitaw ilisan ug Corsair SP120 HPE (2,250 rpm each... non-PWM), dah, ok ra gyud kay ang sound nya, constant man. dili man lagi PWM ni sila. samok kaayo ang mga PWM fans kay mag utong2x paminawon oi... mura'g driber sa dyep na bug-at ug tiil... hehehehe...

about sa inquiry ni TS, ok ra na ang cooler nimo on your 95W CPU... Sandy Bridge man pud na. dili mana 95W Pentium D...
