lets revive the marijuana issue... 2015 will be the year of the pot for USA as more states are planning to legalize the plant. a recent investogation by dr sanjay gupta of cnn have shed some positive light on the pot. colorado has legalized the plant fpr some time now, and there are no people overdosing on mj, contrary to the predictions of pot critics... its high time we filinos talk abput it to have our government legalize the plant. one small legislation could solve multiple problems as cannabis create multiple industries. food, fashion, construction, health, energy, and many more. this is a trillion dollar industry which we can exploit very easily. this will create thpusands of jobs and reverse some negative impacts pf development like deforestation and CO2 pollution (hemp fibers trap co2 effectively). but the strongest aspect of pot legalization is its treatment for major debilitating illnesses. the poor can benefit from pot as one additional option in treating costly diseases. i know there is a pending bill for regulating pot and that would be a major step towards legalization. lets talk about this.
