    Default Philippines electrical system

    Hello friends,
Naa unta ko ganahan na appliance paliton (Water distiller) but dili the same ang power source ang requirement:

    options only available:
    AC 120V/60Hz
    220-230volt 50Hz,
    220-240volt 50Hz

unsay best option kaha akong paliton dire sa options, na pwede sya mo work sa Philippines 220V, 60Hz, na mo gamit ra ko og voltage converter? Worried ko sa Frequency, kung kuhaon ba nako ang AC 120V/60Hz which is the same frequency here in the Philippines 60Hz and mo gamit ra ko step down voltage converter?

    Salamat daan

if ako..., adto nalang ko sa "AC 120V/60Hz" dayon as you mentioned palit nalang step-down para walay labad.

for the 50Hz, na-a man gud na chances nga since 50Hz na siya then ipaslak diri ug 60Hz..., ang output voltage ani sa transformer will be much more highier than that of the usual output. share-share lang ^_^

Get the 220-240 volts/50 hz..

Sakto si Markzz TS. it wont really hurt the appliance whether 50 or 60Hz ipaslak. gawas lng kun naka indicate mismo sa appliance na "not designed for 60Hz" ang unit pero I doubt naa pba ni krn nga incompatibility. About the RPM sa motor ana imong appliance, kung home appliance rana ( dili katong dagko na pang business) dako chance na DC motor ray gigamit ana so way epek na ang 60 or 50 Hz supply.
