1st term is not by election but by impeachment(ish) or other say... grabing... the 2nd term is by election... the term count is determined by election not transition of power since that is the normal order of things if the predecessor is remove.. thats not counted... its on our constitution that only 6 years ra ang term... unless i change nila ang constitution...

thats why if you want to be in a position for more than 6 years run for VP then impeach the president after 1 year... then run for president on the next presidential... katong kang macoy na achieve to since the constitution back then didnt put the term limit... only then cthe ory constitution put limit to 6 years... because the afraid like what happen to marcos
