If same bank ka nag withdraw, dali ra na...within a week ra.

pero if different bank gani, then within or more than a month...

it happened to me way back 2004, nag withdraw ko sa RCBC nya PNB akong bank, wala ni dispose pero ni kaltas sa balance...wala na balik sa kapin sa bulan....pero sad to know nga hantod karon 2015 na, 11 yrs passed ingana d i ghapon ilang ka polpol...walay umento.

Di na fault sa bank entirely, fault pod na sa system designers ug developer. Sometimes naa gyuy bug ang system. Ka remember pod ko sa una opposite pod na hitabo sige kog withdraw pero wa ma deduct sa ako balance pero wa lang naku gi over withdraw kay bayran ra gihapon naku gihapon to after nila ma audit.

From the bank's side, there's the host server and the ATM machine communicating back and forth and timeouts may occur on either machine due to process overloads or server hang-ups. Happens occasionally and it s-u-c-k-s when it does happen to you.

naka experience pod ko ug ingon ani before RCBC machine pod..wala mi dispense ug kwarta then nakwa.an akong remaining balance..nag absent gud ko sa eskwelahan just to follow up sa kato nga bank kay metrobank man akoa atm card then akoa g ask ang ilang manager and he explains na ok ra daw wala ra na dispense ang money then mo reflect mana sa reading sa machine to see if balanse ba ang transaction o dili and yeah you have to wait for atleast two weeks jud.

hehehhehe kahinumdom hinoon ko sa akng case sa BDO da nag withdraw kog kwarta but before that happen nag enquire ko una with receipt para naay feedback sa account balance pero pag execute nakog withdrawal ky walay nigawas! pwerteng lagota nako pero pag execute nakog withdrawal usab ky nigawas na ang kwarta my gani pag tanaw nako sa last receipt sa akng withdrawal ky sakto! walay kaltas.

tried similar incident diha sa Chinabak sa SM... it sucks but thats how it is... its a machine not a person...

isn't that what banks do?
they keep our money and invest it somewhere (stocks,bonds,lend for interest)
surely its just a glitch
i deposited money at a bpi atm some weeks ago. to my surprise, it wasn't credited to my account.
anyhow, I filed a complaint and got my money back after a few days. I can understand though, no system is perfect.

in part is true though. medyo primitive pa au ang banking system nato hinuon so complain left and right lang una. siguro mas stable ang BDO ug LandBank for local banks, then other international banks like Standard Chartered, Maybank, Citibank etc have a stable system in place. be prepared lang sa fees.

di diay stable ang Metrobank? dang i have millions in there.... hahahahaha.... time to transfer it to a cayman bank...

ok raman metrobank guro.pero di au ko nahan nila gud kay dugay nako sige pa activate sa akong online account hangtod karon wa gihapon. almost 3 years nako. nag fill up nako ato ila form.hahahaha. sigehan lang kog ingon follow up daw.metrobank man ko karon.hahaha.
