    dili necessarily mean na bug-at ka kay daghan kag fat it could also mean that you have lean muscle. I have a friend na tambok, she is 3 kilos lighter than I am. yet, kasing height lang mi and I can say na sexy ko.

    Losing weight - pwede ra ka tang-tangan og tiil then imong timbang mo-less na sa katong naa pa tong tiil nga gitangtang. We also lose weight when we drain our body fluids (Dehydration) which is not good. hahah bitaw u got the point?

    We should be specific kung unsa ang atong wagtangon sa lawas. For the most part the "Fats" atong tang-tangon since we get our ideal body figure when we have less fats so mao na nga Weight loss is not the same as Fats Loss.

    that's what I thought pud. Pag assess nila nako sa Gold's mga first week of June, underweight ko for my height. So akong program is pa gainon ko but gamay ghapon ko kay ang fats ilisdan man ug muscles. Ang muscles mas bug-at man daw vs fat. Mao ni sulti sa akong PT

    The more muscles you have in your body, the faster you will be able to release/reduce your fats. Ang muscles man ang tig-regulate sa fats.
