Age wise ok ra siguro... when the girl is 20 the guy will be 25, when she's 30, he will be 35. It's not the gap u should worry but the age of the girl as a minor... check current laws, coz i think a minor can charge an adult with child abuse or sexual harassment even when the act was with consent... manglimod siya and most of the time the minor wins... kaya ingat ingat lang!

I have some friends who have a 16 year old daughter. She is cute, but never dated. In our extended circle is a 21 year old guy. He is very socially awkward and youngish, but a senior is college. He has also never dated, and had never even kissed a girl. He is a great kid. Really nice and respectful.

Well over the months we noticed the 2 of them spending a lot of time together. We suspected they liked each other, but they denied it. He was staying at the girl's house, with the parents permission until 2am sime nights (even school nights).

Fast forward and now they are "seeing each other". The girl told her mom that they had been making out. The dad found out and was furious. The mom told her just not to let her father hear of it again. Yeah - weird I know.

But the dad called me today and was asking my opinion. On one hand, we know this 21 year old, and he is harmless as far as wooing the ladies. If she wasn't dating him, she would be seeing some horn-dog 17 year old who would be trying for the panties on a regular basis.

The dad wonders why he isn't interested in girls his own age...

consent is required if a person below 18 enters into legal binding agreement... yes including marriage, and no BF/GF is not included, and yes *** doesnt need parent consent... however below 18 is considered statutory... meaning no need for the that person to complaint the parents can do it them selves... regardless consensual or not... making out can be considered... even if walay penetration... under revised penal code , since below 18 it falls to the category of Statutory Rape... the parents being the legal guardian can file such complaint against the suspect with or with consent from the victim (daughter)....

Not weird but here is my question.

Since they are making out na. How long have they been together? like since the time they know each other.
Cause if its less than a year then, I guess that 21 guy is same with those "horn-dog 17 year old trying for the panties".
If its really love he could have wait for at least the girl turn 18, or if has enough respect of the girl or for the parents at least he should have informed them about the status.


In my own opinion, dapat mag buwag sila and have the guy wait for the daughter to mature enough. If he really love the girl.
