I'm looking for an apartment or house for rent in the Metro Cebu area (the nearer it is to IT park, the better)
Budget starts at 8k (below this is also welcome), but willing to go up to double that amount depending on the offer. I have no checking account, so cash only please.
Preferably with separate meter for utilities, and I would like to have my own internet connection (PLDT).
PM me the details, pictures and google maps coordinates, requirements, initial payment (advance, deposit, etc) and other stuff.
