Yup. Right to expression doesnt also mean forcing others to listen. I dont see how his rant overstepped others rights. Theres no right of not being offended.

Ngano affected man kaau ubang pinoy ani? Di ba sa iya ra facebook niya gi post iya comments? Wa man ni niya gi publish sa public form of communications like newspaper, tv or radio. OA ra jud kaau ta naka react ani, mura tag mga bata. Kung hunaon baya mas grave ta manaway mga pinoy sa ubang lahi. Di nalang ko mo mention kung unsa atoa mga prejudiced races kay kahibaw namo ana.

as much as filipinos would like to disagree with what he said, or how he said it, he was well within his rights. you may not agree with what he says but it is our duty to make sure that he is allowed to say it.
(now, if anywhere in his facebook page he mentions "kill filipinos" or try to incite violence against filipinos, that is an exception to free speech)

what he said contained demeaning words, yes, but they were not laced with lies. his message might be interpreted differently by different people. how we interpret it depends on the size and state of our own egos. more often than not, people with big but depraved egos tend to be offended the most.
