@TS, use your DVR mac address to remote viewing your cctv anywhere in the world if you have internet access.
advantage sa dlink equipments (IP cam, NVR, routers, etc)

1. check sa bai if cloud supported imo dvr.
2. then check unsa imo isp. (important). Globe right now kay nka proxy just incase if you are dinamic and home broadband imo account. lisod mag portforward sa globe karn unless kung static imo ip. new accounts ang problema unless cloud supported imo dvr. if pldt ka, ok ra. no problem.
3. next dns hosting. subscribe ka sa noip.com pra mka portforward ka. if dynamic ka, you should signup for free. if static ka no need.
4. after creating DNS host name, go to your modem router. Pangitaa lang ang Virtual servers which is common sa PLDT modems.
5. If you are using Router and you have old modem that needs router, kilangan ka mu setup sa imo router. let say linksys. go to application & gaming > port range forward. Put your ip of the dvr and the start port and the end. note start and end port are the same if unsa port number sa imo dvr. you should check it on the configuration / network settings of your dvr.
6. Just incase d mulosot, go to DMZ. put the ip address of your dvr.
7. then sa services sa imo router, go to Dyndns. check if available ba ang no-ip. if wla you need to use a pc and install the client. Purpose ani is to update ur current dinamic IP address.
8. Input your user account and password and the hostname u created from noip.
9. reboot your modem / modem router.
10. test your connection the dns hostname u created to the browser. ( if you dont want to add a port number when you access from Http, just forward port 80. add it to the port forwarding services.
11. if your are DVR is cloud supported, never-mind following these steps. Check your manual.
Hope this helps!
