Apil kaayo ang utang ani nga system.

4 steps ang utang system ani bro.

1. Utang through invoice. Upon new invoice, mangutana siya ug customer number, then type (utang or cash)
2. Posting - it will be posted to accounts receivable, and the invoice cannot be edited/deleted/added.
3. Payment - post payments to the posted receivables. If mobayad na ang imong customer.
4. View - view unsay iyang nabayran out sa iyang mga utangs for checking purposes. When siya last nag pay, etc.

You can even set a credit limit to it, para ma warningan ka inig utang niya. Or, worse case, imo siyang "disallow" sa utang. Ang problema lang kay inig utang niya dili ka kabalibad, heeheh. i-"allow" napod nimo. joke.

i meant the POS & accounting system. if you are to be very strict with people that you will give a credit line to, it is the PHYSICAL implementation that is the challenge.

if your sari-sari store is small, then it would be purely through character assessment. if you have a big sari-sari store, then you have to acquire documentation and BI.
