Lets try Mayor Duterte if he can solve this one and if didn't then its time for the Philippines to become the 51st state of United States of America.

I think the government should update and implement the laws especially against graft and corruption. A higher salary could work so that government employees would avoid taking bribes. Free and high quality education to give people more opportunity to find decent jobs. If there was less corruption in the Philippines, more investors would do business here that can create more jobs.

Diman jud na mawala ang mga Buloyagon ... pero naay solution aron dili na BILLIONS ang kawaton ...

Parliamentary Federal Form of Government ...

Federal ang akong ganahan ani ang decentralization, naa natay autonomy sa central government, ug sayon pag manage ug pag monitor the graft and corruption.

a parliamentary which the executive derives its legitimacy from the legislative .. so sayon ra ilisan ug walay ayo ang Prime Minister ...

Bagay jud kaau nis Pinas ...

Naa pakoy inputs ... The Central Government only focuses on National Defense, Justice, Foreign Affairs and Central Monetary Authority.

Hopeless case jud ug mao ra gihapon ang System kining Presidential Form of Government unya multiple party system ... daogon rani sa Pork Barrel System ... daogon ras numero sa mga kawatan ... watay dag-anan

On the contrary, if we weren't corrupt, there are many more multinational companies who wouldn't want to do business here.

This is the perfect place to do business for those who dance to the rhythm. Billions of potential tax income (to be sued later on for more corruption anyway) is evaded daily by huge companies as they can dictate how much tax they will pay so long as they pay the right people.

On the other side of this, the BIR dicates how much any business will have to pay too. Take for example my internet cafe before, the BIR wouldn't take "lugi man mi ron kay summer walay klasi, walay mogamit sa internetan". Ingnun lang ka, AW PANIRA MO KUNG LUGI mo!

All part of the show people and it's not going to change anytime soon.

It hurts at first but you'll have to learn to adapt to it else you'll lose all your hair just thinking about it all.

Duterte is aiming for a Federal Type of government. If he run for presidency, he surely got my vote.

On the other hand, I really hate killing, pero sa panahon karon I think kailangan na mag impose ug mas stikto na pamalaod. Duterte is known for his "Iron Fist" management and he already have his Davao death squad, and i guess mao ni ang kinahanglan karon to strike fear sa mga badlungon. D naman gd mangahadlok ang mga tao, hilabi na jd tong mga kwartahan unya abusado pa jd. Mao ni sila ang dapat ipa firing squad sa Indonesia. haha

Corruption exists with unjust laws.... Dissect the unjust laws from the system, and you indirectly reduce corruption without even waging war directly against it... unjust laws are those that give arbitrary power to government what would otherwise be on the hands of two consenting parties... but, it seems most the people mistake the symptom as the disease... corruption is a symptom... unjust legislation and unlimited power is the disease...
