    Hang him. Crimes have been rampant here because we don't have death penalty. I hope they would bring back the electric chair to scare these criminals off.

    only if we fix the justice system. alkanse kaayo ang mamatay sa frame-up or sa wrong conviction. dili na raba mabawi ang pagkamatay.

    I agree, fix first the justice system. You dont want to be in the receiving end of injustice. Considering the many times police here plant evidences, luoy kaayo ang na frame up. Plus people with money can always circumvent our justice system.

    the justice system works... what should we do is replace the people running it... thats were the problem is...

    For now when money is still King in the Philippines I think reinstating the death penalty is still not a very good option.

    maybe you should start explaining why it works and yet theres a need to replace people

    Yes. Especially if the wrongfully convicted is poor. I agree. Fix the system first.
