Newbie Question on Running Shoes :)

Hi all, newbie here sa running. Question lng about choosing the right size... Akong casual shoes/flats/heels kay size 5. Right foot nako is 22.5cm(size 5.5 sa Nike) and left foot is slightly bigger, 23cm siguro. As per Nike shoes, 23cm is size 6. Then nakabasa ko nga if mupalit ug running shoes, choose a half a size bigger than your usual. Nakabasa pud ko nga buy the size for the larger foot. Should I go for 23cm(to accomodate my left foot) or 23.5cm(give space sa akong left foot)? Mupalit unta ko online kay maikog ko mu decline sa mga SA.

Ayaw palit sa first nimo na running shoes online. Pangita usa sa dept store or specialty stores(like toby's, athlete's foot, planet sports) dayon try isukod imo ganahan na sapatos. Make sure naa kay medyas and luag gamay ang size na imong napili. Lisud man gud sa online kung mawrong size, hasul kaayo kung magbalik2x(makiglantugi ka pa sa seller). Mas maayo sa physical store kay masukod nimo daan before nimo bayaran.

Once naa nakay basehan sa sukod sa imo tiil, confident naka makapalit of sapatos online. gamita ang size matrix sa Running Warehouse kay naa naman ka reference sa imo shoe size of a certain model of a certain brand.
