Mao pud na ang rumors bai kay daghan ang nabag ohan daw sa every other friday nga sweldo kay feeling nila nga "mogamay" daw ilahang sweldo compared sa normal 15/30 nga salary period. Also, last week lang kay ni post jud akoang tl sauna nga wala na daw sya night diff, it's all or nothing daw....

same ra man gihapon ang sweldo, sa stream side man ko. 10 days lang jud ang ihap. naka banti lang jud sa cvg. no work no pay jud basta holiday. BS jud kaayo. dli pareha sa stream, employee oriented kaayo. daghan pud ng hawa sa stream dli ganhan sa pamaagi sa cvg

It's not the merger per se. It's more like the new pay scheme is a turn off for a lot of folks.

Daghan na nag jump ship from CVG karon (and more to come) due to numerous reasons...paydayfriday is one of them reasons...ang uban kay tungod sa pamaagi sa mga individual accounts...pero padayon lang gihapon ta, a man has to eat, ingon sila...risky na kau mo jump ship kung wala pay klarong katugpahan...:/

sa akong 6yrs panarbaho sa cvg, makaingon ko maayo man ang compensation diri compare sa lain companies...for starters, usually around 13-14 thou monthly ang basic pay exclusive pa na sa program allowance (depende sa account) and night diff pay...if maayo imo performance naa kay increase yearly...but of course it all boils down to the reason why u are working...if u are up to the challenges and pressures at work, and ur working primarily for the money, then i suggest u give it a try then come back here in 6 months...and share to us ur experiences...
