    Dili mo fit ang bbl para nako sa atong constitution tungod sa iyang framework so if ever man gani need jd naay mga amendments sa atong constitution buhaton ana.. Which is diha possible ang mga issues. If full federalism lahi na nga storya kay dli raman limited sa selected areas kay whole nation man naay mga states dli ra ang armm. Both needs amendments sa atong constitution.
