    So many ifs and ifs...

In the end ang tax wala na adto sa klaro na padulngan.. Prone to be kept in the pockets of corrupt people.

Yup, thats government in general. It is a necessary evil which must be constantly kept small, otherwise, it becomes everything it was originally created to prevent, a powerful parasite. How to keep it small? Stop asking from government.

tax is a necessary evil which must be kept small to allow the highest level of voluntary interactions of the citizens. It is directly related to the size of government. If people keep on asking for things from government, the people must pay a great fraction of their taxes to political middle men, the buearucracy built around how things are done, which translates to less funds for the intended programs. Ask not what the government can do for you, buy what you can do for yourself.

for me personally, the opportunities provided by big busonesses far outweigh the deficiencies they have in tax remittance. Why? Because the opportunities provide a direct, tangible positive difference in the employment as well as the services and products they provided to the economy. Evennif they paid 100% of what bir asked from them, those taxes have to pass through a lot of filters, and merely a fraction goes back to the economy.

para nako nagbayad gihapon siya ug tax, pero dili sila active taxpayer, mura lang ug passive taxpayer. Bottomline, ako ug si Juan nga istambay, pareho nga taxpayer.

and the government should place more emphasis towards the middle class for they contribute more,
I certainly do not know if the middle class group is very well represented within the hierarchy of the government.

I think not. Passive taxable Income simply means "Income" not the other way around.

Dili, so ang kwarta nga gibayad nimo iyaha na to sa nagbaligya w/c is gatawag nga halin. So halin means income..

so ang nkahalin mao ang nagbayad ug tax dili ang nagpalit.
