Meaning, capital moves away from the country, destroying industries from which middle class survives on. Does taxing the rich help the country as a whole? Nope, it destroys it.
We should do away in classifying people poor, middle, or rich as a permanent label on people, because the truth is, there are just people, transitioning from one social class to another, depending on their choices.
Taxes will almost always be misapproriated. The best bet is to limit what items should be spent on, and reduce tax burden on general citizenry. With the way things are right now, politicians are thinking of ways of expanding ways of taxing other citizens to benefit other citizens.
