Uh, this is an old thread... but FYI sir... BPER is now part of an organization of rescue teams of the cebu city government known as Cebu City EMS (emergency medical services)... to apply, just go directly to cityhall particularly at the office of City Councilor Dave Tumulak... you might have the chance not just to volunteer but to get hired as a Medic/Rescuer...
