Ok pag ma promote cguro ka..8 years nako. Kapoy na take ug call.So nagtiwas pa ko sa akong degree karon while working as agent. OK ra salary and happy ko now dire sa current company kay di ra ka ma stress

First call center company but not a BPO. 1 year and 8 months and recently promoted as a senior specialist. Happy and contended. Work hard and the rest will follow.

Nagwowork ako ngayon sa isang IBEX. Mag 1 year na ako. I'm satisfied with it. May career growth pa din ako while having high salary and a lot of incentives. Tho feasible naman ang 15-20 years pero you'll still want to see yourself from another career
