We did complain to MECO but they all fell to deaf ears. We brought our complain to the Lapu-Lapu City government, perhaps, it was the reason or one of the reason why Lapu-Lapu City officials refused to renew MECO franchise. But unfortunately, money is too powerful that when it talks, it can be heard in far places, even in North District by people who have less or no knowledge about our real situation but has the skin to profess of doing what is good for us.
