Obviously the lady requested the speaker to stop because what she is delivering is a speech not approved by the school. So where do you find the " pangbastos " sa school ato when in fact she was approached in a civilized manner ? Hahahaha ..... then that would be moot and academic . Imo man na nuon ipagawas na need nato mahibaw-an unsay gi sulti sa babay na ni approach niya hehehe binuang man ka . For obvious reasons and commonsense tells that she was being reprimanded in a very nice , civilized and courteous way possible . My point is , I would agree na gi bastos siya kung sa first time pa lang ni duol ang babay, gi ilugan na siya ug mic dayon , gipapahawa na siya sa podium dayon , etc but not. She was dealt with accordingly and fairly.

Although you have presented valid points man pod maski more on the technical side , it is a clear manifestation gyud na Ms. Mallari did some serious character assassination. On a legal aspect, she could even be implicated with malicious intent also if wala ko nasayop.
