If you see past the price difference, I'd say go for the Z3.

They have local service centers.

if you want warranty, adto ka palit sa ilang official website. ang naka-apan kay di sila mo ship directly sa atoa.

basa-basa lang sa ilang forums, naay pinoy users nga thread didto para makabalo ka unsaon pag workaround ana nga problem.

if sa lazada ka, way warranty. then ang shipping kay 4-5 days ra sa akoa.

they just rolled out lollipop for Oneplus One couple of weeks ago.

you can either flash their own Oxygen OS or upgrade to CM12.

planning to use CM12 through OTA pero wa pa man niabot hehe.

If price aside, I'd go for the Z3 because of local service centers and it being water resistant is a nice advantage. But, the perks of an OPO is really the price.

I have a(n) OPO and flashed it with CM12.1 and it feels very smooth. No hiccups and lags at all. The sandstone also feels very premium.

No flashing running 12 from OTA.... i feel its faster..
