BIR Form 2316 is tax withheld on compensation. If you are still on your current employer, you can ask it from them (pertaining to year 2011). If you are employed by a different employer, say last year, you can ask it from them pertaining to last year only. Your BIR Form 2316 this year is to filed on or before April 15, 2013.
