How to know if BIR Form 2316 is legit?

So... got my form from my employer, pero ang Form is like murag gi.download ug siya rapud ga.fillup fillup. and kato pagud na karaang form ang gihatag

anyways, is there any way to be sure tinuod pud ning gihatag niya? diba dapat naay stamp mark or something?

i was connected with BIR before and we do stamp- in BIR 2316 Forms that is submitted to us directly at BIR. For most companies, specially those who have no payment /nor refund, they just submit a soft copy or an alpha list of their employees which no longer requires a hard copy with BIR stamp.

For most companies, they just give thier employees a copy of what they submitted to BIR with a signatory from the employers accountant or payroll department which i believ that is what you got from your company

should you want to verify if that is correct, you can always go to your respective BIR RDO office where you are registered and look for an examiner or a BIR employee who can assist you in computing for your taxes

Thanks. But the ENCS version he gave was 2002 instead of the 2008. (The old form shows up first if i.google BIR Form 2316)

it would be bettter to use the new version. ask your company to reissue you nalang a new BIR 2316..they can always create a new one with the new form..
