1. engine stop, when the traffic light is RED, I usually do this in Mandaue are, where the traffic light has a timer, timer is very useful, i start my engine at the last 5 sec. of RED light before it turn GREEN.

naa ni catch, depende per mc, i read somewhere that starting the engine consumes more than idling it for a minute or so..

save gas and tire:
2. don't use break as much as possible (impossible) pero pwd, dili lang applicable all the time
when approaching an intersection with a traffic light, then the light is RED, layo palang ako na gpatay ako accelerator estimate lang pud nako nga maabot akong dagan sa intersection.
now ako tire already 6 months pro mura ghapon bago and iam only using race tec. tires now.

this comes with experience so sa mga bag-ohay pa diha, ayaw pugsa kay basin magdugo.. makuha ra ninyo ang timing with experience..

i don't know why gi mention ang tire sa #2 basta kay if tire na gani hisgutan, proper manufacturer air pressure dapat.. check every week or mahimo pahangin every week kanang naay mga gauge nga pahanginan (gasolinahan).. besides, proper tire pressure results in economic gas consumption pud..

then sa katong mga scooters, kung steady speed na gani, blip your throttle pero inig balik kay not on the same level na sa imong last kumot sa throttle.. lisud i explain... scenario nalang: cruising ka at 60kph with steady throttle (ie 3/4 sa throttle), try to bring the throttle down quickly and back up pero this time, lower than 3/4 throttle.. dili kaayu makwaan imong speed ana pero imong buga sa gas minos nalang..

last, stay all stock as much as possible..

Additional TIP for chain drive MC`s, 15-20% of the power loss on a chain drive MC goes to the friction of a dried-up chain, mas kusug muka-on ug gasolina ang motor nga uga ug kadena nya pas pas pa gyud mada-ut or ma stretch ang kadena...make it a habit to lube your chains twice a week using this...





or simply your engine oil will do...or if you want more bling2x use an automatic lubricator system like this...

akoy nag-gamit sa motor karon sakong cousin.. last Saturday gipa change oil ug tune up ni.. gahapon pa ko kasugod gamit ani.. mukalit man pawng ang makina kung mahunong ko.. ngano kaha ni? gahapon ra daw ni na ing-ani.. ingon akong migo naa ra daw I-adjust ani sa may makina dapit? or I-adto na lang ko ni ug shop ipa tan aw?

sorry noob kayo.. kahibaw ra ko mu-drive pero I see dapat makat-on jud sa mga techincals aning motor.. salamat
