    Default Certificate of employment


    unsa ruling sa certifacte of employment sa tao nah.. wala iya gi tiwas ang 15 days?

    Di sya matagan ana kay d sya regular, nya 15 days ra tabla rana quits =)

    what I ment sa 15 days is kana pag resign niya di buh naa man nah 15 days, dili lang kalit2x? kana ang wa uya gi tiwas

    dapat dile na pahimu ug employment certificate ana 15 days...maka-bati na ug record.

    1 month man na mostly sa mga company basta resignation. 15 days kung immediate resignation..

    kalimot ko pila siya ka months in service mga 5 months tingali then ni pass siya ug resignation, as to per rule sa complany dapat naai 15 days pero wa iya gi tiaws ang 15 days

    You are under the mercy of the company if you do not comply the 15-30 days notice of resignation.

    One must have gained permission from the management that you desire immediate resignation. Otherwise, if you still push thru with it without their blessing, legally they can TERMINATE you with just cause.

    In the other side of the coin, the company is obliged to release you after 30 days... otherwise they can also be charged legally to DOLE.
