Actually I did yesterday, they replaced it with another knock-off headset, the quality is a little better this time but still no where close the original. I again asked the manager if the replacement is original and he said it's really authentic. He explain to me that the previous one has some problems.
The rude part is they labeled my receipt "HULK" probably to indicate and to inform other attendants (in case I returned again) that I was a complaining customer. I'm not sure why they did this because I talked to them calmly and didnt even raised my voice. Maybe they thought I was stupid or something that I woudnt figured it out.
