Hello everyone, this is my first post, sorry for resurrecting this rather old thread . I would be moving to Cebu next month to work, around the MEPZ1 area. A friend referred me to this forum / thread for tips on how I can go about in Cebu once I get there. First in the list is learning Cebuano (I would be buying a book tomorrow hihi). You guys are so helpful, thank you so much. Hope to see you in Cebu next month

Well what I can say about mactan is that it's a little laid-back city compare to cebu city. But you can never be to careful though.
