Make this simple Pesto!
Pesto ( use Ron's Farm Direct Basil )
Adapted from The Garden of Eden
3 cups herbs* such as basil, cilantro, parlsey, chives, etc., rinsed
1/4 cup nuts such as almonds, walnuts or pine nuts**
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly-ground pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated dry salty cheese such as Pecorino or Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano

We will be selling retail in the EchoStore Cebu branch soon. For regular deliveries ( like restaurants ) , we collect every week. Use Ron's Farm Direct Arugula , Basil , and mix in my red Lolla Rosa.
4 cups Arugula, spicy
3/4 cup Basil, fresh
1/4 Red onion
3 cups Strawberries
3 cups Watermelon, seedless
pinch of Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup Olive oil, fruity extra virgin
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1 tsp Agave syrup
1 1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
