Don't be concerned with the RAM unless you're really seeing lags/stutters on your G2. Starting with Kitkat, Android has been very efficient with managing its own resources e.g. RAM; if you're seeing lags, try to reboot your phone.

Concerning Cloudy G3, yes it's really stable and it's the only stock ROM that gave my D802 a minimum of 6 hours SOT. However, I'm more into AOSP-based ROMs due to these ROMs being lightweight and super fast.

Rooting and romming are all after-OEM procedures. If you're expecting no glitches, then you're better off not rooting or modifying your phone. Don't risk it.

That's the thing darthskroder. I feel like it does, especially when it starts to heat up, when I watch a movie at near-full brightness. Then, I'd get like 300mb+ left on my RAM when I connect to the internet. Facebook, FB Messenger and LG keyboard are usually the ones that take a lot space from my RAM - roughly about a hundred for each. The numbers just made me compare the G2 with my friends phone, a Xiaomi M3 which has almost the same specs as the G2. But with that phone, he's getting around a gig left on his RAM, I get barely that even when I restart the phone. This kind of made me wonder what kind of bloatwares we have on the G2 that is consuming this much of RAM. This is also the same reason why I was considering on having my phone rooted.

But then again, Android L upgrade for LG G2 is probably around the corner already. So, I'm probably just gonna have to wait for that until my phone starts to lag down or something.
