hi guys. mangayo lang unta ko ug advise. akong G2 is running just on stock android 4.4.2 with a few apps para munindot ang iyang home screen tan.awn. wala ko nag.launcher or unsa, just GoSMS lang. Pero nakabantay ko nga iyang remaining RAM mahabilin is usually muabot nlng sa 300-500mb, which i find weird ky 2gb biya RAM sa G2. Unsa kaha reason ani? And, in that sense, mas maayo bah if i.root nlng ang G2? stable bah gyud ang Cloudy G3? La ra xa'y glitches and etc? hope to hear from you guys. Thanks!

nitry na ko ana Sir..after restart kay muabot xa ug almost 1gb nga free RAM, then later on magka.ubos xa..bsag wala ko'y nag.on sa akong mobile data or nag.connect sa WIFI...

Don't be concerned with the RAM unless you're really seeing lags/stutters on your G2. Starting with Kitkat, Android has been very efficient with managing its own resources e.g. RAM; if you're seeing lags, try to reboot your phone.

Concerning Cloudy G3, yes it's really stable and it's the only stock ROM that gave my D802 a minimum of 6 hours SOT. However, I'm more into AOSP-based ROMs due to these ROMs being lightweight and super fast.

Rooting and romming are all after-OEM procedures. If you're expecting no glitches, then you're better off not rooting or modifying your phone. Don't risk it.

mga boss ma ask lng ko.. is there a side effect in turning off and turning on your phone most of the time? like an hour interval.
